SORTING and PACKAGING

Technical characteristics and advantages of the sorting line:

Ability to sort and calibrate up to 20 tons per hour.
Fruits are rolled on conveyor belts in a single flow, which allows for a detailed analysis of the products.
Calibration and sorting of products by size, according to customer requirements.
Product quality verification – identification and removal of non-conforming specimens.
Products are prepared for packaging and export.

We offer different packaging options for transporting fresh fruits and grapes:

Wooden boxes weighing from 5 kg to 10 kg.
Cardboard boxes weighing from 1 kg to 10 kg.
Plastic containers weighing from 0.5 kg to 2 kg.

The range of packaging solutions can be expanded according to customer needs.

STORAGE

We have new cold storage chambers with a capacity of 1000 tons and a pre-cooling chamber. The storage and handling of products are carried out in accordance with European standards.

Export

Preparation of export documentation
Customs clearance
Transportation to the buyer, according to DDP / EX-Works conditions (delivery to the unloading point).

Goods are delivered on pre-order, at least two weeks before the deadline.
